What to do?

Let’s Start Day 16: Be Thankful & Start a Gratitude Journal -Write down 3-5 things that make you feel grateful each day. The purpose of this task is to fill you with powerful positive energy that makes you vibrate on a high frequency and enhance your ability to attract more positive things to you.

Here is a quick list of items to be grateful for and put into your Gratitude Journal.

  • Life, yup still here.
  • Your Friends? Your Family members.
  • The air you breathe. every single. day.
  • The car that drives you to work
  • TGIF!
  • the bus driver that smiles at you every day.
  • Your ability to walk.
  • Your friendly neighbor always waves to you.
  • The Pet that greets you at the end of your day.
  • Your children that love you.
