Remember to keep one next to your bed and give it a title, on the first page: “the best three things that happened to me today were…” or “My Appreciation Journal”, or simply easier, Today I am grateful for….YOU!
What to do?
Let’s Start Day 16: Be Thankful & Start a Gratitude Journal -Write down 3-5 things that make you feel grateful each day. The purpose of this task is to fill you with powerful positive energy that makes you vibrate on a high frequency and enhance your ability to attract more positive things to you.

Here is a quick list of items to be grateful for and put into your Gratitude Journal.
- Life, yup still here.
- Your Friends? Your Family members.
- The air you breathe. every single. day.
- The car that drives you to work
- the bus driver that smiles at you every day.
- Your ability to walk.
- Your friendly neighbor always waves to you.
- The Pet that greets you at the end of your day.
- Your children that love you.
